Effective date: June 12, 2026. DentalSalary.com (the “Site”) is operated by PGBDIC LLC. In these terms, “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean PGBDIC LLC together with its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, successors, and affiliates. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

Informational use only — no guarantee of pay

The Site provides salary and compensation information for general, informational purposes only. All figures — whether labeled Verified, Modeled estimate, or otherwise — are estimates and reference points. They are not guarantees of pay, offers of employment, appraisals, financial advice, or promises of any particular earnings, and they may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Actual compensation depends on many factors the Site cannot capture.

Not professional advice

Nothing on the Site is career, legal, tax, financial, accounting, employment, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Site as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation. Any decision you make based on the Site is your own.

Assumption of risk

You access and use the Site, its tools, and its data entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take, and for any results, based on the Site or its content.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.

• Don't misrepresent estimated figures as official or guaranteed data.
• Don't use the Site to violate any applicable law or the rights of any person.

The Site, its tools, and all content and data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site or its data will be accurate, complete, current, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We work to keep figures accurate and clearly labeled (see how it works and data sources), and you can report an issue via corrections — but we make no warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Company be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, employment, or compensation, or for any damages whatsoever, arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site, its tools, or its data — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company(PGBDIC LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, successors, and affiliates) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Site, its tools, or its data; (b) any decision, action, or reliance by you or any third party based on the Site; (c) your violation of these terms or of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any content or data you submit. The Company may, at its option, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

Intellectual property

Underlying government wage figures are U.S. public-domain data. The Site's original content, design, and compilation are owned by PGBDIC LLC. You may cite and link to our pages with attribution; you may not copy, scrape, or republish the Site or its compilation without permission.

Governing law & severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which PGBDIC LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law. The disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive any termination of these terms.

Changes
